36 hours in the making, this is an A3 pencil drawing on paper of Percheron horse, Teddy, beautifully photographed here with roses in his plaited mane. He was the model for a professional photographer in a Valentines shoot.

The superb lighting in the photograph made drawing this handsome horse (with the best lips in the world) a pleasure. I added just the slightest hint of pink to the roses in his mane and to the pink flesh on his nose and lips, evident in the original but not quite visible in the photos here.
