25 hours to completion, this A4 pencil drawing was a commission by Valentina Savka as a gift for her sister after the loss of this very loved dog, named Fragnja (actual spelling in Russian, this is the best I can do to emulate it in English).

It’s handover brought joy and tears, and it was fortunate that a good photograph existed of this little girl for me to work from. Always a sober reminder to take photo’s at every moment, because you never know when it is the last moment.
