A4 Ink and watercolor with a touch of white gouache completed 21 April 2018, my donation towards the 2018 Disc World Day Market grand prize. I masked the toadstool to use several layers of stippling with a hard bristle brush on the background with different colours to achieve this effect. the grains of pollen and highlights on the toadstool were done with white gouache. It took 9 hours to complete, excluding the drying time between layers.

The detailed work was done with a combination of water colour paints using a soft brush and water colour pencils, working on wet paper to achieve the paint effect.
